Full Refund Eligibility

Direct refunds to the original payment method are strictly limited to the following cases:

• Items confirmed as Lost in Transit by the shipping carrier.
• Items that arrive Damaged or Defective (must be reported with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery).

Standard Returns: Archive Credit

For all other returns (size, fit, or preference), Real Retro World issues Digital Store Credit (Archive Credit) only. This credit never expires and is delivered via a digital gift card code to your email.

Processing Timeline

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Please allow 5–7 business days for your Archive Credit or Damage Refund to be processed. Note that banks may take additional time to post cash refunds to your statement.

European Union Customers

Per EU consumer law, customers shipping to the European Union maintain a 14-day right of cancellation. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify.
